Defensible AI from Create through Evaluate

Animated walkthrough with sample data: draft a solicitation, hand off to evaluation, score with evidence, and lock an audit trail. Not a live tenant.

Sign in to AuraGov

Officers sign in with their work email to open the evaluator workspace. This walkthrough uses a fictional sample account so you can see the flow without connecting to a live tenant.

Choose the Create path

After sign-in, officers land on the evaluator home and open AI-Draft an RFP First. The structured form appears in full, then they switch to Quick describe to capture the procurement in their own words.

Describe, then review with AI

The officer types a short procurement narrative, then chooses Review & refine with AI. The model proposes a procurement type, flags gaps, and asks clarifying questions before the draft is finalized.

Create the draft, then move it to Evaluate

After re-check, no critical gaps remain. The officer creates the draft, signs it off, sends a simulated invite to sample vendors, then promotes the RFP into the evaluator for bid intake.

Upload bids, then run evaluation

The officer drops one combined bid package onto the evaluator. AI separates that file into three company bids, expands Showcase and supporting documents, then the officer confirms and runs evaluation.

Run evaluation, then send for review

The system scores all three bids, opens scoring detail for the winner and an unsuccessful bid, then the officer sends the file to an authorized reviewer for sign-off.

Signing authority reviews, then approves and locks

The reviewer opens the queue, checks the review request, drills into the evaluation, scrolls the full file, then approves and locks. The results page then shows the evaluation as approved and locked.

Notify winners and unsuccessful bidders

The procurement officer sees the locked evaluation, opens Send notifications, previews the result emails, then sends them all. The dashboard then shows the file as completed, with notifications sent.

How a single criterion is scored.

An animated walkthrough of how AuraGov reasons about one criterion across bidders: surfacing evidence, flagging gaps, and proposing a verdict the procurement officer can confirm or override.
