Privacy Policy
AuraGov Cloud customers
This Privacy Policy covers this marketing website. AuraGov Cloud subscribers are also governed by:
1. Introduction
AuraGov AI Solutions ("AuraGov," "we," "us," or "our") describes information practices for this marketing website in this Privacy Policy. Which privacy laws apply depends on the service and jurisdiction, and this page does not decide that. Contracted services are governed by the applicable agreement.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you interact with our website or services, you may voluntarily provide:
- Contact information (name, email address, telephone number)
- Organizational details (department, agency, role or title)
- Inquiry or message content submitted through our contact forms
- Information provided during demonstrations, briefings, or consultations
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
If you allow analytics, this website uses Google Analytics to collect limited information about how the site is used, including approved page paths and titles, browser and device information, approximate location derived by Google from network information, and engagement timing. AuraGov does not configure contact-form or demo-request contents, or other information you enter into those forms, as Google Analytics event parameters.
Our server separately processes basic request information and client IP addresses to operate the website, rate-limit form submissions, and prevent abuse. This website also loads fonts from Google-hosted services, which causes your browser to connect to Google.
2.3 Information Processed Through Our AI Solutions
When client organizations use our AI-powered solutions, workforce and procurement data is processed as directed by the contracting organization and under the applicable agreement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries, demo requests, and briefing scheduling
- Delivering and improving our AI-powered human capital and procurement solutions
- Fulfilling contractual obligations with client organizations
- Maintaining website functionality
4. Data Residency and Security
For customer data at rest, the current product statement is: Customer data at rest is stored in Canada (Supabase / AWS ca-central-1). The application that processes it currently runs on Railway in the United States. We do not claim end-to-end Canadian residency until the app tier is in a Canadian region.
Encryption, access control, security testing, incident response, retention, and deletion for a contracted service are governed by the applicable agreement.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:
- To fulfill contractual obligations with client organizations, as authorized under the applicable contract
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or security of AuraGov, our clients, or the public
- With authorized sub-processors who are contractually bound to equivalent privacy and security obligations
- With Google, as our optional analytics provider, after you allow analytics. Google may process analytics information outside Canada.
6. AI Transparency and Automated Decision-Making
AI-assisted outputs are intended to support human review. Solution-specific capabilities are described in the applicable documentation and agreement.
Impact, bias, or fairness review, where a deployment requires it, belongs in the applicable agreement.
7. Your Rights
Questions about personal information related to this website can be sent to the privacy contact below. Which rights or complaint routes apply depends on the service and jurisdiction. Contracted services follow the applicable agreement.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Google Analytics is disabled by default. We load it only after you select “Allow analytics.” If you select “No thanks” before enabling analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and analytics cookies are not set. After you allow analytics, Google may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and sessions.
We store your analytics preference in your browser’s local storage so the website can remember your choice. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops new analytics collection from this browser; requests already in progress may finish and data already sent is not erased.
9. Retention
Our retention policy is to keep personal information only for as long as necessary to respond to inquiries, manage resulting business relationships and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary according to the information and its purpose, and may be extended where necessary to preserve applicable access and complaint rights.
10. Contact Us
For privacy questions, or to request access to or correction of your personal information, contact partnerships@auragov.ca. Our address is 79 Hinton Avenue.
